STL GLD (aka Moe Pope and The Arcitype) just dropped their new track “Zombies”, the fourth single off their upcoming album ‘My Monday Morning Music’ out August 12, on AR Classic Records / Brick Records.
The track features Boston’s own Reks (whose new album Eyes Watching God is out now!), as well as Brooklyn hip-hop powerhouse and Duck Down Music artist, Ruste Juxx. Producer The Arcitype layers a hypnotizing rhythmical synth with hard-hitting boom bap drums and the result is a perfect head-nodding backdrop for lyricists Moe Pope, Ruste Juxx and Reks to go to work on, and that they do. Each emcee aggressively delivers their verse, conjuring images of the walking dead they leave in their wake with each and every line.
